Quilts
These are a few of the quilts I've made. The camo one started out as a T-shirt quilt, but Russ had more camo than t-shirts from his time in the military, so that quilt is made of his flight suits and some t-shirts. The middle pic is a quilt made from fleece and my littlest LOVES it! She calls it "my quilt" and drags it everywhere. The denim and pink one, I made out of my hubby's old Wranglers and made little quilts for both our girls. It has a fleece backing too.

Earings

I want to learn silversmithing, but in the meantime, this is my attempt to make jewlery, specifically earings. I have plans for some other stuff and am waiting for my husband to pick some stuff up at the leather store on his way home from work. He has made a saddle and done other leather work, so he's helping me with some ideas I have for leather jewlery. What a great husband I have! In the mean time, here are some earings I've made. These are all available too!
Pink Birdie Sling
Eco-tote

This is a great bag for so many things! It can be used as a farmer's market bag, church bag, diaper bag, grocery shopping bag, book bag, etc. It has inner pockets to hold little stuff and a huge pocket on the outside with a button for other small stuff or stuff you want easily accessable (diapers and sippy cups in my case).
Sun Hat

This is one of my favorite people and best friends. My girls love her too. They affectionatly call her, "My Cinny Lou." It took me some serious begging and harassing to get this pic from Cindy. This hat I have sewn twice too. I made it for Cindy to take on Trek with our ward, but she thought it was to cute to get all dirty out in Wyoming, so she stuffed it in a bucket. When she got home, it was all "raunchy" and she asked if she could wash it. I told her yes, my mistake. Who knew canvas shrank? Obviously not me. So this time, I pre-washed the canvas and made it again. Lesson learned! BTW, I put a picture of myself in here too so Cindy couldn't say anything more about having her picture taken. :)

Birdie Sling
Ok, so here's an Amy Butler design I really love. She named it the "Birdie Sling." I love it because of cute pleats on the outside and because it is a really deep purse and holds lots of stuff. I made myself one and use it for a purse and diaper bag. There are pockets on the inside too to hold little things like gum, chapstick, change, etc. This one is Molly's my sisters. She picked the fabric as a joke because her husband is half Japanese and she loves to harass people, but I actually really liked the way the fabrics looked together with this pattern. I'll post a pic of my purse tomorrow.
